Flat fees vs a cut of your raise
| Stobox | Percentage-based platforms | |
|---|---|---|
| The raise | Flat fee per 90-day window — the same whether you raise $500K or $50M. | A percentage of capital raised — the platform's fee grows with your success. 3% of a $5M raise is $150,000. |
| Going on-chain | Flat $499 asset mint / $749 contract deploy, in dollars, published. | Often priced in the platform's own token — your cost floats with a crypto market. |
| Success fees | Only ever charged by the licensed broker-dealer running the sale — regulated, disclosed, never Stobox. | Charged by the platform itself on top of software fees. |

Pricing, answered.
Do you ever take a percentage of my raise?+
Never — at any layer. Raisable is a flat fee per 90-day raise window; any capital-raised or success fee runs through the licensed broker-dealer conducting the sale, never through Stobox.
What can I do completely free?+
Run the 25-question AXIS Readiness Score (no card, no sales call) and start on Intelligence's Free plan — a starter canonical record and a live readiness score for one entity and one user.
What do the on-chain actions cost?+
Flat prices: an asset mint (On-Chain Asset Passport) is $499 and a contract deploy is $749 — $1,248 to be fully on-chain, on top of your issuer subscription. Third-party gas and filing fees are paid directly to those parties; we don't mark them up.
What does Intelligence cost after the free plan?+
Core is $499/mo — the full record, contradiction engine, data room, and document export. Advanced is $1,999/mo for multi-company structures and custom data points.
How long does setup take?+
Days, not months. You upload the documents you already have and Intelligence does the structuring — there's no long manual implementation before you see your readiness score.
When do I actually start paying?+
When you act: upgrading Intelligence, opening a Raisable window, or minting on Compass. Getting organized and scored costs nothing.
Do I have to buy all three products?+
No. Each is sold separately and used together — and the structuring work you do in Intelligence is reused when you raise or tokenize, so each next step gets cheaper and faster.
Why isn't there a price list on this page?+
Because the honest answer is 'it depends on scope' — entities, exemptions, chains. The flow above captures that scope in three questions, and your exact quote is confirmed in the app or on one call, from the flat-fee schedule.
